There is active bargaining all around, sellers enthusiastically praise their goods and, with the same activity, concede in price, and at the same time both buyers and sellers remain satisfied with each other. If you are tired and hungry, you can eat the same meat right there, or you can go to a cafe and eat sitting at a table, looking out the window at the bustling crowd.

Very active trade is carried out in duty-free shops located on the territory of the airport, the so-called “duty free”. Here, naturally, prices are lower than in other stores in the city, so when leaving Thessaloniki, do not arrive at the airport right on time, but leave at least an hour to visit the duty free store.
