Everyone writes that this is a Savdep, but you simply did not live under a Savdep. When hospitals have white, ironed linen, not to mention already about hotels and health centers. Here the linen is all dark and not fresh. One towel per person. When I asked to give me another one, the administrator was SURPRISED, I explained that I could not wipe my face and feet with one towel. They brought me a second washed one, gray (formerly white). Forget about soap in the room, I had to go to the store to buy soap. The shower stall is clogged, you wash yourself standing in the water, which just sits there and doesn’t go away. We were there from May 1 to May 3, check-in at 14.00, we got into the room only at 16.00 and only to put our bags, since the room was not cleaned and at 16.00 no one had tried to start cleaning it yet. In room 404 there is a triple switch, as it should be, one button is the room, the second is the toilet, the third is the corridor. But that’s not the case: to turn on the light in the toilet, you must first turn on the light in the room, and if you want in the corridor, then first the toilet, then the room, and only then the corridor lights up. So you stand there and play the keys. Someone writes about a restaurant with live music, where have you been? There is NO restaurant in the Health Center "Svitanok", there is a dining room, and there is FOR the Health Center "Svitanok" - a barbecue courtyard, there is live music there, but it has nothing to do with this establishment. About the canteen: on the phone and on the website it says, meals at any time, nonsense, meals only according to a schedule, the rest of the time it’s FROZEN, as they say. They will defrost and reheat, that's all the food. On May 3, before leaving, we decided to try it, food in the dining room, breakfast: rice porridge + omelette + a piece of butter + 2 pieces of sausage and tea. We asked for bread, they brought it to us with mold, when we took it from another table, we were indignantly told that they brought it to us, why are we being unauthorized, that we did not receive an apology for the moldy bread, they were simply silently replaced. The Svitanok Health Center is undergoing renovations, and of course we hope that they will fix all the problems, but here’s how to fix the clueless administrators who do not share information with each other about those entering or leaving, they just took us and evicted us while we were walking, they were not embarrassed , what's in the room things. Arrival from August 9 - 19, 2018, There is no access to the OC: holes, ditches, asphalt has been removed throughout the parking lot. Somehow they parked the car (horror). The Minsk Sea is all in bloom, the water is green and there is the smell of a swamp, especially in the heat. In the OC itself, the staff is polite and responsive. The cleaning lady came to clean the room 3 times in ten days, but for some reason at 19-00, when the guests of the OC are relaxing in the rooms. Linen change every 7 days. The room is clean, comfortable after cosmetic renovation, double glazed windows (the room is very quiet), large loggia, new doors and laminate flooring, new good refrigerator (quiet), 51" TV from the 90s (color) only the colors don’t match, you can watch, but it’s better to listen, there is a DVBT2 TV set-top box receiving 29 channels. The room has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers, 2 open bedsides bedside tables. Shower and toilet are all good, but there is no shelf for toiletries. There is no closet for clothes, there is no sconce above the beds, there are no old holes in the ceiling from the previous lamps, the light turns off in the hallway, it is difficult in the dark. get to bed:-(We arrived for 10 days, and every day in the morning we left by car for a walk around Minsk and the nearest suburbs: Mir, Nesvizh, Dudutki, Maentak, so we gained impressions on our own. The roads in Belarus are super. Result: If you are non-confrontational and can turn a blind eye to individual shortcomings, then this OC is not for you.
We visited the Svitanok health center for the first time. We had a good 2-bed standard room. The daily routine had to be rearranged, since under the window there was a bar “Shashlychny Dvor”, where loud music plays until 11.00. In the first 3 days, our room was not cleaned, the service staff was on vacation, and there were no further problems with cleaning the room. The center has very experienced medical staff. The level of service from the young waitress shocked us a little. She treated vacationers rudely and was almost always no mood. On Saturdays there were weddings in the dining room, which was not entirely convenient for vacationers. Dinner was served in the recreation room. Near the center there is the Drozdy reservoir, a well-equipped beach, a 20-minute walk to a public transport stop.
